How do I track my order?Updated 2 hours ago
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow it. You can also check your order on our Track your order page.
What your tracking status means
Status | What it means |
|---|---|
Label created / Info received | Your parcel is packed and labelled, waiting for its first courier scan. This can take several days, especially in November and December. |
In transit | Your parcel is moving between sorting centres or countries. Days without new scans are normal on international routes. |
Customs clearance | Your parcel is being checked by customs in your country. Tracking often doesn't update during this step; allow 48–72 hours after clearance. |
Handed to local carrier | Your parcel has passed to the courier or postal service in your country. Your tracking number may change; the new one usually appears on the same tracking page. |
Out for delivery | Your parcel will arrive today. |
Delivered | The courier has marked your parcel as delivered. If you can't find it, see Tracking says delivered, but I don't have it. |
Exception / Held | Delivery needs attention, for example a payment for import fees or an address issue. Check the courier's message on the tracking page. |
If your order ships in more than one parcel, each one has its own tracking number. See Why did my order arrive in several parcels?
