My tracking hasn't updatedUpdated 2 hours ago

Tracking pauses are normal on international routes and usually don't mean anything is wrong. Tracking often stops updating:

  • For 48–72 hours after your parcel leaves our warehouse
  • While your parcel is crossing borders or going through customs
  • Between the international courier handing over to your local carrier
  • During November and December, when courier networks are at full capacity

When to contact us

If your tracking hasn't changed for 10 working days, contact us with your order number and we'll check with the courier. A parcel is considered lost if its tracking shows no update for 30 days in a row. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
