Tracking says delivered, but I don't have itUpdated 3 hours ago
Couriers sometimes mark a parcel as delivered shortly before it actually arrives, or leave it somewhere other than your front door. Before contacting us, please:
- Wait 2 working days. Some parcels arrive after the tracking says "Delivered".
- Check around your property: porch, garage, side entrance, letterbox, bins and behind plants.
- Ask your neighbours, building reception or mailroom, and anyone else in your household.
- Check the courier's delivery details. Many couriers show a photo, a signature or the exact location where the parcel was left.
- Contact the courier using the tracking page. They can tell you where and how the parcel was delivered.
Still can't find it?
Within 7 days of the tracking showing "Delivered", email [email protected] with your order number, your full delivery address and a short note of the checks above. We'll contact the courier and open an investigation. Reporting within 7 days matters because couriers only accept claims for a limited time.
Once a parcel is delivered to the correct address, responsibility for it passes to the recipient. We review every case individually and help you with the courier claim wherever we can.
