- Check that your item can be returned. It must be within 14 days of delivery, unused, with all part bags sealed and in its original sealed packaging. See Refund policy.
- Contact us before sending anything. Email [email protected] with your order number, the items you're returning and the reason. Customers in the European Union can also use the withdrawal button on our website or the model withdrawal form in our refund policy.
- Wait for your return instructions. We'll reply with the return address and what to include in the parcel.
- Ship the parcel with a tracked service and keep your tracking number.
- Receive your refund. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm and refund your original payment method. See When will I receive my refund?
Important
- Returns go to our facility in Shantou, China. Don't send your return to the address on your shipping label: it isn't our returns facility, and parcels sent there can't be recovered.
- International return shipping can be expensive. Check the cost with your local post office or courier before you send it. It's paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
