We always refund your original payment method and send you an email when the refund is issued.
How long it takes to reach your account
After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider usually takes 5–10 working days to show it on your statement. PayPal refunds are usually faster. If you paid in a different currency from your card's, the amount can differ slightly because of exchange rates.
Can't see your refund?
- Check your statement for a credit, which may show under a different description from the original payment.
- Contact your bank or card provider; refunds sometimes take longer to post.
- Still nothing after 10 working days? Email [email protected] with your order number. We can give you the refund reference number, which your bank can use to trace the payment.
